We have created Draft Listing Agreements and associated documents designed to be used by Licensed Real Estate professionals.  These materials are copyrighted, but licensed for use by members of the Central Oklahoma Commercial Association of REALTORS® and affiliated organizations.

COCAR™ believes that Well Designed Communities are good business and one of our missions is to take an active role in making the surrounding communities a better place; we support several types of community outreach programs.  We also believe that information is a key to better public policy; we help sponsor various real estate market research projects, and disseminate research done by others.  NAR provides grants and support in this area

Professional Standards & Grievance


As REALTORS®, we are pledged to abide by a professional code of ethics that safeguards our clients and the public. The duties imposed by the NAR Code of Ethics is in addition to those governed by law or regulation.  The purpose of the Professional Standards & Grievance Committee is to investigate, review, and evaluate ethics complaints as well as coordinate requests for mediation and arbitration.  The Oklahoma Association of Realtors handles most mediation request (see:
