The Commercial Real Estate Summit TM  (www.cresummit.org) is an annual event with a vision that has  three primary components: 

  1. Bring the many disciplines in the real estate industry together at one time and in one place for learning and networking
  2. Provide a venue to Recognize visionaries who have made Pivotal contributions to the real estate industry (Pivot Award™)
  3. Promote the education of the profession - A portion of the proceeds are donated to the UCO Foundation - Real Estate Program account

The Commercial Real Estate Summit™ is produced by CRE Summit™, an independent division of SouthWest Real Estate Association, an Oklahoma based nonprofit corporation.  A portion of the net surplus for the CRE Summit™ will be donated to the UCO Foundation - Real Estate Academic Program account for scholarships, research, and other expenses.

          Upon registering for the 2018 Summit (before August 15, 2018), you will be eligible to nominate candidates for the person who has made a Pivotal contribution to the real estate industry during the previous year (2017), in one of five categories:

  1. Architect
  2. Contractor 
  3. Developer 
  4. Financing 
  5. Real Estate Brokerage          

          Winners will be based on submissions received by 5:00 pm, September 1, 2018, with the Summit Directors voting on a single candidate in each category. 

          At the Lunch Session, the winners of the 2018 Pivot Award™ will participate in a panel discussion describing the Past and Future of the Development Industry.
